Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the In Between Answers website, episodes, newsletters, question-submission tools and related content (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational and educational content
In Between Answers provides conversations, commentary, stories and educational material intended for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Service is individualized medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, investment or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for consulting a qualified professional when appropriate.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not promise that any idea, practice, financial discussion, career perspective, relationship discussion, spiritual perspective or other content will produce a particular result. Opinions may change over time, and content may become outdated.
3. Questions and other submissions
You may be able to submit questions, comments or messages. You retain any ownership rights you have in material you submit. By submitting material through a feature intended for audience questions or content consideration, you give In Between Answers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, edit, summarize, anonymize, adapt, publish, display, distribute and create content based on that submission in connection with the Service and its promotion.
This means, for example, that an audience question may be shortened, paraphrased, combined with similar questions or discussed in an episode, article, video, short-form clip, social post or other In Between Answers content. We are not required to publish, answer or respond to any submission.
4. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, account numbers, government identification numbers, private medical records, private financial records, confidential business information, precise addresses or other information you do not want processed by the Service. If your question concerns another person, avoid identifying that person unless you have the right to provide that information.
5. Your responsibilities
You may not use the Service to submit or distribute material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, spam, automated abuse or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, scrape the Service in a manner that disrupts it, introduce malware or impersonate another person.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the In Between Answers name, branding, original episodes, scripts, transcripts, graphics, site design, written material and other original content are owned by or licensed to In Between Answers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
You may share links to our public pages and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of public content. Any broader reproduction, republication, sale or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
7. Third-party platforms and links
The Service may link to or embed content from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social platforms and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability or content.
8. Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe to email updates, you authorize us and our email-service provider to send you In Between Answers communications. You may unsubscribe using the method provided in those emails. Transactional or administrative messages may still be sent when necessary to operate a feature you requested.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or content. We may also remove submissions or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of the Service and its users.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, In Between Answers and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on Service content, third-party services, interruption of the Service or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent through our Contact page.
